What ThumbGate charges in public

The diagnostic is $499, once. It is a 60-minute workflow review, one configured local pre-action gate, one regression test, and rollout and rollback proof within two business days, for one supported local workflow. There is no subscription. If the failure cannot be reduced to a supported ThumbGate gate, the payment is refunded.

Pro is $19 a month or $149 a year. Self-serve. Cancel anytime. It covers one operator: the dashboard, recall, adapter coverage, and DPO export.

Free local evaluate stays free. The command is npx thumbgate init.

Hosted team features, SSO, and SIEM are not general availability. A larger rollout is custom scope after intake.
